Pen Names

Jared Kane is a pen name. Kane is actually my middle name, and just much, much more attractive to me than my real last name, which I’d like to grind into the dust both for being ugly and for having such an ignoble past. Not that I’m doing the assumed “Kane” moniker any favours so far. I might have to go the John Kennedy Toole route to find readership. That’s an awfully dark joke to end on.
